An effective Akashic Record reading session depends on asking the relevant questions.

There are questions that the Akashic Records could NOT answer (because not all sections of the Akashic Records are open to humanity).

You could only open your own Record for yourself. The practitioner could NOT open others' Records for you.

At the moment, Akashic Records Reading sessions are ONLY available online through ZOOM or Google Meet.

No face-to-face session is available unless otherwise notified.

Once booked, no refund is normally allowed except in very unique/special circumstances. 

A change of session date and/or time is accepted only when notification is made 24 hours or more prior to the original session time. Please email to notify. 

A booking can ONLY be changed ONCE. If you are in a unique/special situation, please email to discuss. 

If the practitioner has to change the date & time of a booking under a unique/special situation, a notification will be sent to your email as early as possible. If it does not work for you, we could discuss available options/ a resolution. 

The practitioner reserves all rights to a final decision.

An Akashic Record Reading session offered by the practitioner is confidential.

Your identity and session content is safeguarded through non-disclosure to a person other than yourself.

No other person is allowed to accompany your Akashic Record Reading session unless you have agreed.

Recording of your Akashic Record Reading session is 100% voluntary for you. You have 100% responsibility to safeguard your own recordings.

The practitioner DOES NOT hold any written/audio records of your session. 

Online sessions are delivered through a third party service provider (including but not limited to ZOOM and Google Meet). The practitioner DOES NOT hold any liability to confidentiality breaching caused by any third party service providers.

An Akashic Record Reading session offered by the practitioner strictly follows the guidelines of "the Pathway Prayer Process® to access the heart of the Akashic Records". 

Having an Akashic Record Reading session is totally a voluntary choice made by the client (you).

The nature of an Akashic Record Reading session is non-coercive, non-judgmental.

The messages generated from an Akashic Record Reading session act as a set of references for your considerations. It is not directive, coercive nor a must to follow.
